**RM 24 Tracked – Royal Mail aim to deliver Royal Mail RM 24 the next working day (excludes handling time).

Please note RM 48 Tracked and RM 24 Tracked are not guaranteed services, and can take up to 14 days to arrive. – If you need a guaranteed service, please choose Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Working Day.

We endeavour to despatch orders received before 2pm Monday to Thursday, before noon on Friday on the same day, orders received after 2pm Mon – Thu or Noon Friday will be despatched the next working day.

In any event, we aim that all items in stock will be despatched within 2 working days of us receiving your cleared payment.  

We aim to have all items shown as available on the website in stock. In the rare event of your chosen items not being in stock, we will let you know how quickly we can get them to you. You will also be offered a 5% discount on those items.
